Partnering with a Tier 1 Quantity Surveying Consultancy, ZDS played a role in a project by Sir Robert McAlpine to establish a 5-star hotel, replacing 1950s/60s offices. The hotel will feature 28 residences, 190 rooms, and a spa. ZDS’s Quantity Surveyor was central in managing MEP packages valued at £35 million, encompassing both the pre and post-contract phases.
