ZDS collaborated with IHP’s commercial team on an extensive refurbishment at Royal Free Hospital, London. The main objective was installing a PET CT Scanner. The project’s budget was £3.5 million, divided into 25 distinct packages, involving steel reinforcement, electrical work, asbestos removal, and more. Utilising the NHS P22 & P23 Framework, ZDS developed detailed cost plans for each package and offered services to a tier 2 contractor.
