ZDS supported a Tier 1 Contractor to deliver a new build station in the northeast of Chelmsford, this railway station will be providing railway services to cater to both current and incoming residents and employees. ZDS provided their in-house Quantity surveyor to provide commercial support to the Tier 1 contractor. The services provided to the contractor included procurement and professional Quantity Surveying in the post-contract period.
